We have developed our very first menu of main courses! Over the course of our first 6 years, we've had many requests for main dishes from our many repeat guests. We hope you enjoy the love and intention that went into the creation of these traditional dishes!






Mojarra
A Garifuna dish - Whole Sea Bream with a large coconut rice croquette, tropical mango salad, coconut sauce & a sweet and sour chili 
Arroz Negro
sauteed garlic calamari rings stuffed with squid ink rice in a prawn bisque. With mussels, corn tortilla crisps & jalapeños. 
Arroz Caldoso
seafood broth loaded with shrimp, mussels, squid & rice, served with garlic bread
Pepian
a nod to Guatemala’s national dish - Slow-cooked beef rib in dried chili sauce, served with green beans, rosemary sautéed potatoes, and a fresh carrot slaw 
Mayan Lasagna
Layered corn tortillas with goat cheese and mozzarella, arugula, beans, and a Mayan red sauce, served with a side saladbottom of page
